If you have immediate concerns about a child’s safety you can contact Integrated Front Door on 01403 229 900 or out of hours on 0330 222 6664

If you have concerns about a child, you must:

• Report it immediately to one of the Designated Safeguarding Leads
• Record your concerns in writing, either using the Cpoms online Safeguarding App (if you have been shown this) or by hand on a Yellow Form, available beside the main whiteboard in the staff room
• Ensure you give as much detail as possible and, if recording a child’s comments, try to record their speech exactly as they say it
• Sign and date your form if paper and pass it to one of the Designated Safeguarding Leads
